Water Main Repairs

We all have a service pipe which carries the main water supply up our garden, patio etc and into your property. A lot of the older properties the service pipe is made from lead and we find these are pipes cause a majority of the leaks, usually in the hot whether when the ground expands and obviously puts pressure on the pipe. In newer properties the service pipe is made from a sturdy poly plastic which is designed to move with the ground during the hot and cold weather.

Replacement Prices

M.E.P - Main Entry Point, this is needed to make entry from the outside of your property to the inside, which is usually done by putting ducting under the property and making a connection from the outside to the inside.

The outside replacement is priced by the meter and will be back filled afterwards. The re-instatement of concrete, flags, tarmac and most ground types will be priced after the main is replaced.
