Return PolicyYour satisfaction is extremely important to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. You may return items in new and unused condition within 30 days of the original delivery. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If returned for any other reason, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee. Custom orders are examined on a case-by-case basis.
Returns must be authorized in advance. To request a refund and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), please send your request for a return to Customerservice@rapidfix.com. No returned merchandise will be accepted without an RMA.
How do I return my items?Once you have received an RMA, please repack return items in the original packaging (including the Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, and RMA) and ship all returns to the following address:

If you do not have your Packing Slip or Sales Receipt, please include the following with your returned merchandise:
- The first and last name used to place the order
- Your phone number to contact you for any necessary additional information
